Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the standard turnaround time for orders?

Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days, starting from the time we receive payment. Once a payment is made, please allow 24-48 hrs for our design department to generate your proofs. We require your written approval to send the order to production. A delay in approval will impact the turnaround time.

Please note that we do our best to source our products here in the US but in the cases where we have to source them from our overseas suppliers, the turnaround times may vary.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and ACH transfers for your convenience.

3. How can I get support or contact you?

Our response time for phone call is generally 1-3 hrs. For emails is typically 3-12 hrs depending on the queue.

4. What file type work best for printing?

Generally, vector files ending in .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf tend to work best for printing. The print results are based on the quality of the artwork. If you do not have your artwork in vector format one of our team members will reach out to you to communicate this and recommend that you provide a vector file. If you do not have a vector file of your artwork, we offer design services in-house and can turn a jpeg or png into a vector file at a fee ranging from $30-60 depending on the intricacy of the design. If you need us to create a design for you we have a design fee of $60/hr with a minimum of 2 hrs deposit required to start. The remainder will be billed once you have approved your final design.

We will send you your artwork files in JPEG, PNG and vector file for your records and future use. Once you have paid for your designs those are fully your proprietary assets to use freely.

5. What is your return policy for customized items?

Due to the nature of customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been customized. Please make sure to review your order and proofs carefully before approving your order for production.

6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Our goal is to deliver and over-deliver every time. In the event that your order is damaged or the customization is incorrect, we do not offer refunds. However, we will provide a reprint of your exact order or issue a credit to your account to rectify the issue.
